Flexible Content Delivery

Oxygen Education content delivery options vary depending on content type and client needs.

Library Content

Content licensed from the Oxygen Education Library of ready-to implement content is always hosted by Oxygen Education on Oxygen servers. Library content can be integrated with a client’s Learning Management System (LMS) to create a familiar student experience and optimize LMS reporting capabilities and an institution’s investment in the LMS. Or, clients and their students can access library content via the Oxygen Education portal.

LMS Integration

Content resides on Oxygen Education server.
Content integrates with client LMS. The preferred method is to use the SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) interoperability standard to integrate with SCORM compliant LMS.
Client administers student logins.
Content is dynamic, updates when Oxygen Education applies content updates.

Oxygen Education Portal

Content resides on Oxygen Education server.
Oxygen Education provides student logins to client.
Client delivers student logins to students.
Students access content through the Oxygen Education portal.
Client Administrator can edit student profiles and change student passwords.
Content is dynamic, updates when Oxygen Education applies content updates.
Reporting is available to track student progress.

Custom Content

Custom Content owned by the client can be hosted on Oxygen Education servers and accessed using the same methods used to access content licensed from the Oxygen Education Library – LMS integration or the Oxygen Education Portal. Or, the client can host the content locally and provide access via its LMS or as HTML pages in a web browser.

A client runs Oxygen Education Custom Content as web pages in a browser. Ability to save student information and grades dependent upon client’s local capabilities.
