FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - 5 OCTOBER 2007

Indianapolis-based Company Receives Prestigious Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Award

Indianapolis, IN, October 5, 2007 – Oxygen Education won a coveted Brandon Hall bronze award for excellence in the Custom Content category for an ABB Robotics training course created for Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Inc.

“Our company is honored to receive this distinctive award in partnership with Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Inc. Our mission is to provide advanced manufacturing companies with effective, technical education to their employees when and where it is needed.” said Joe Kitterman, president, Oxygen Education. “Our highly interactive web-based courses improve competency and increase productivity, while reducing the overall cost of training by 50 - 80%.”

The Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Awards are presented annually by Brandon Hall Research, one of the leading research firms in training and development. A total of 256 entries were originally submitted and then evaluated by independent judges around the world.

“We are thrilled with the quality and creativity of this year’s winning entries,” said Brandon Hall, Ph.D., chairman of the Awards program. “These winners represent the cutting edge of innovative learning.”

U.S. companies are under tremendous pressure to compete in a global market. Continuous improvements and efficiencies are critical for companies to retain or improve bottom lines. As new technologies are adopted, traditional training classes, job shadowing, and apprenticeship programs are costly and inefficient.

According to Kitterman, advanced manufacturing companies need the flexibility of training programs that can quickly make a company’s workforce job-ready in a cost-effective manner. Oxygen Education is reinventing workforce education for companies like Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Inc., Mori Seiki USA, DaimlerChrysler, Haas Factoru Outlets and others.
