Oxygen Education’s Collaboration with Ivy Tech

Oxygen Education has teamed up with Ivy Tech Community College in Indiana to offer its AME21 curriculum as an associate’s degree in Advanced Manufacturing.

Ivy Tech prepares workers for jobs in Indiana's most in-demand fields —health care, manufacturing, logistics, and life sciences — ensuring that Indiana's economy will stay strong long into the future. We are excited to become part of the team charged with keeping Indiana competitive in the 21st century and beyond.

Purdue University’s Green Initiative

Oxygen Education has joined with Purdue University’s Technical Assistance Program and Manufacturing Extension Partnership to produce an interactive version of the school’s Green Generalist Workshop. The workshop is the first in a series of courses that prepare students to become certified Green Specialists in an ever-expanding industry of sustainability-related workforce training.

Haas Automation, Inc.

Haas is one of the largest machine tool companies worldwide, and has seen widespread adoption including integration with community colleges and academic institutions around the globe. The Haas Technical Education Centers (HTEC) have over 1000 locations in North America and are spreading into Europe and Asia. Oxygen Education and Haas Factory Outlets have partnered to create LearnHaas.com to help acclimate their students and professionals to their machines. The site allows administrators to track student progress and remain in touch with students’ learning experience, and is integral for the sale and use of Haas Machine tools.

Mori Seiki University

Mori Seiki, a world leading machine tool manufacturer, trusts Oxygen Education to create customized training modules for the machines they produce. Operators no longer spend hours in on-the-job training, trying to understand often complicated procedures. Instead they learn through Oxygen Education’s comprehensive on-line courses that teach them the machine from the ground up. These products, part of every Mori Seiki machine purchase, are a necessity in flattening the learning curve of new machine operators in over 10 countries.

Seco Tools

Seco Tools, a global manufacturer of metal cutting systems, teamed with Oxygen Education to showcase a new tooling system at IMTS 2008.

Due to the success of the project, Seco again collaborated with Oxygen Education to create a competency-based, interactive training tool for its sales force, teaching them to more effectively market Seco’s products.
